Metro Health
When Metro Health (now U of M Health-West), one of the largest healthcare providers in West Michigan, sought to better connect with their Latino patients, they procured strategic and marketing expertise from VÍAS. It was realized early on that in order for a system as large of Metro's to engage with one of its fastest growing populations, a multifaceted effort would be required. Following an extensive research campaign, a comprehensive and actionable method was developed that included recommendations for infrastructure changes, cultural touch-points, diversity ambassadors and marketing solutions.
